By entering Wicked Whimsies, you acknowledge and accept all attraction rules and the inherent risks associated with the experience. You agree to follow all rules and staff instructions. Failure to do so may result in immediate removal from the attraction and/or property without a refund. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest at any time to maintain the safety of our guests, actors, and staff.
Absolutely NO smoking or vaping anywhere inside the haunt.
NO alcohol or illegal drugs are permitted on the property. Guests may not enter the property while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
NO weapons of any kind are permitted on the property.
NO profanity, foul language, threats, or acts of violence toward guests, actors, or staff. We have ZERO TOLERANCE for threatening or violent behavior.
NO pets or animals are permitted inside the haunt unless they are legally recognized service animals.
NO food or beverages may be brought into or consumed inside the haunt.
NO flashlights, phone lights, matches, lighters or other illuminating devices are permitted once you enter the haunt.
Always stay on the designated path.
Do NOT touch the actors, creatures, props, sets, or their belongings.
DO NOT touch, move, damage, or interfere with any property, scenery, or equipment.
NO photography, video recording, or filming is permitted once you enter the haunt.
Follow all instructions given by actors, staff, and management.
Wicked Whimsies reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove any guest who violates any of these rules, fails to follow staff instructions, or engages in unsafe, disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest who appears intoxicated, impaired, disruptive, or likely to violate attraction rules. Entry is not guaranteed, and tickets will not be sold to individuals who present a safety concern. Guests who violate rules or ignore staff instructions may be removed from the attraction and/or property without a refund to ensure the safety of our guests, actors, and staff.
Wicked Whimsies is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Enter at your own risk. Guests are responsible for determining whether they are physically and medically able to safely participate.
NO REFUNDS will be issued once admission has been used.
Warning
Guests may be exposed to darkness, strobe lights, flashing lights, fog, loud or intense audio, startling effects, uneven surfaces, stairs, low visibility, and other special effects throughout the attraction. The experience may also include confined spaces and physically demanding areas that may be unsuitable for individuals with certain medical conditions, including but not limited to seizure disorders, sensitivity to flashing/strobe lights, heart or respiratory conditions, or any condition that could be affected by the attraction’s environment.
This attraction is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have a history of seizures, serious heart or respiratory conditions, significant sensitivity to flashing/strobe lights, or conditions that may be aggravated by loud noises, darkness, fog, confined spaces, or intense visual and audio effects.
